The Travel Career Training Facility is committed to providing a safe, stimulating and engaging learning environment for our travel classes.
Class Size
Class size is limited. Students are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
Attendance
Due to the comprehensive nature of our curriculum, it is imperative for students to attend all classes for successful training completion.
Conduct
The Travel Career Training Facility expects professional and safe conduct from all students.
APPROPRIATE BUSINESS ATTIRE MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES.
Training Completion
All quizzes, tests and required assignments must be completed for successful training. The student must achieve a 70% average to receive a Letter of Completion.
Graduation
A Travel Certificate of Completion will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.
Complaint Procedures
Complaints or disputes concerning The Travel Career Training Facility policy, procedure, staff or related items should be brought to the attention of the Director of Admissions or Human Resources Manager for review. Upon review, the complaint will be resolved in a timely manner through verbal or written format stating resolution according to school policies and procedures.
