Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Am I able to enroll at any time?
A. Our enrollment is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online. Our maximum class size is 10 students, in which allows an intimiate and attentive one-on-one student, instructor ratio.
Q: Is there an instructor available to assist when necessary?
A. Yes. You will be given an instructor's name along with their contact information upon enrollment. Our instructors will respond to your questions via email or phone within 24 hours of your request.
Q: Will I need any special computer equipment?
A. Some of the presentations throughout the course will require the latest version of the Flash player installed on your computer.
Q: Are textbooks, workbooks, etc. purchased separately?
A. For some classes, the textbooks and workbooks needed are incluced in the course package. Each course outline will state whether a textbook is included. Currently the only course where the textbook is included in the tuition is the "Travel Career Development" Program.
Q: What type of career does the training prepare me for?
A. Upon completion of the "Taking Off In Travel" course the student is prepared to begin or expand their careers in exciting rapidly growing travel and tourism industry. This includes working as a travel agent, for airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and as an independent travel agent in your home office. The Travel Career Development Program are for agents that have been working in the travel industry for a minimum of one year and would like to excell in a higher employment position or become Independent.
