NEW AGENT - ARC - U.S.
Complete New Agent in a traditional office setting working with a trainer in class. This course is designed for individuals new to the Sabre system but have completed a minimum of three months actual agency experience.
Upon completion, participants will be able to quote fares, create and modify air reservations, issue air tickets, print customer invoice/itinerary documents and process system messages and PNR information via Sabre system queues. Agents will also be introduced to Web sites provided by Sabre Travel Network.
